The Myserious Boards of Newgrounds...

So, I've noticed that quite a few boards on Newgrounds are not open to the public. Here's some research I've done on it...

Board #'s and Purpose

1- General
2- Flash
3- Where is/ How to?
4- Politics
5- NG News (Reply Only)
6- Network News (Reply Only, has been abandoned since 2007, thanks to the rise of User Pages)
7- Programming
8- P-bot's Postings (Reply Only)
9- *LOCKED*
10- Clubs & Crews
11- *LOCKED*
12- *LOCKED*
13- Audio
14- Art
15- Video Games
16- *LOCKED*

Theories: I believe that the four locked boards are:

-A board for NG Staff and admins. Seems redundant since they work together, but it's possible
- A Mod board. A place for Moderators to hang out and keep tabs on all of us.
- A 10,000 Post club. I've heard this from several people. Apparently, if you get over 10,000 Posts, you can get it. Obviously I can't verify it...so, I guess I'll have to actually reach that number of posts...
- A Lit. Board in progress. This would be a place to write stories and stuff. I believe Tom mentioned having this at one time.

Thoughts?

I'll agree with you. 11 is the Admin board. It makes sense to have the Admin board there because only recently has Tom recruited help from outside sources, and Tom has been doing a lot of traveling, what with the Behemoth and Newgrounds gaining popularity.

Lit board is 16, since it'll be the newest board.

9 is the mod board, since that'd be one of the first locked boards needed

And 12 is the 10,000+ board (if it truly does exist), since there haven't been too many people with 10,000 posts.

As far as I know, the 10k+ posts forum is just a joke.

There are obviously forums for mods and admins, where they discuss stuff about moderating the different part of the sites. Most websites with a forum system have forums like those.

A long time ago a mod said that one of those "secret" forums is the old video games forums. Apparently there is no way to delete existing forums, so they just made it private. I don't remember which mod said that.
